  • How safe is my credit card information?
    • Once your order is processed, all financial information is between your financial institution and the merchant gateway used to process your credit card. We never view or save any credit card information. Therefore, your information is secured from any third parties.

  • The tracking information for my order says "Accepted". What does that mean?
    • Once your order has been received, by USPS, they will usually reflect the status of your shipment, by displaying "Accepted" at that particular Post Office. The responsibility becomes solely USPS´s to ensure you receive your shipment in a safe and acceptable condition. As your shipment makes its way to your door, USPS may frequently update the status. So, it is important to continue to visit USPS´s website to gather the most current; up-to-date information. Fragrance and Things is not able to answer any questions, about the shipping status, once USPS has received your order for shipment.

  • Do you offer samples of your products?
    • Yes, we do offer samples of most of our products for a small fee. If you are interested in our samples, then please visit our products pages and select the "Sample" option. If you would like our assistance, then please indicate to us which ones you would like to receive and we will send them right to you via USPS Priority mail. Please give us your email address and we will send a Paypal invoice to you.

  • Do You accept U.S. money orders? If so how can i buy?
    • If you desire to mail in your payment, then please purchase your items as normal. After you have completed the required information, select the "mail-in" payment option. Once you have completed the order process, you will be given instructions of where to send your payment.

  • Why is it taking so long to receive my order?
    • Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days. After USPS receives your order, it is in their control. Delivery times can vary and many reasons can attribute to long delays. Because your shipment originates from the Middle East, orders typically take between 7-10 business days, but may be longer at times.

  • How do I use a Discount Code?

    • To use the Discount Code you have, please follow these steps:
      Choose the Fragrance and Things products you wish to purchase.     
      When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping cart where you will see the items you have chosen to purchase.      
      Input your discount code into the "Discount Code" box and press "Validate" (discount codes are case-sensitive). Press the "Re-calculate" button for the discount code to be applied to your     purchase.     
      You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you add additional items to the shopping cart you will have to again click the "Update" button to re-calculate the balance.

  • What happens after I place my order?
    • After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation which will include your order number. We encourage you to save or print your e-mail order confirmation for your records. Another order confirmation e-mail will be sent once the item is shipped from our warehouse. 

       

      The original e-mail indicates that we have received your order and we will soon start processing it. It does not indicate that your order has been shipped. You will receive a second e-mail to notify you when your package will be shipped.

  • How long before I receive my order?
    • Orders are normally shipped in 1-2 business days, using USPS priority mail service. Typically USPS delivery time is between 7-10 business days. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, you can use the "Track & Confirm" located on our shipping page. USPS will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information available about your shipment. 

  • Can I be added to your mailing list?
    • Ofcourse you can. Simply add your email address to our newsletter and receive all information related to Fragranceandthings.com

  • What shipping service do you use?
    • We currently only use USPS to ship our products.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive here in California?
    • Orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive in most continental US areas, however, it may take longer.
