These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://fragranceandthings.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from Fragrance & Things LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Products and Orders

We make every effort to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will refund you the full amount.
