1. Overview

At Fragrance and Things LLC, we stand by the quality of our fragrance oils, burners, writing pens, and oud products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under the terms below.

2. Return Window

Products must be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery for an exchange or refund. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Product Condition

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, with all original packaging and your packing slip or order confirmation included. Products showing signs of use may be refused.

4. Return Shipping & Risk of Loss

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for ensuring the item is shipped via a trackable courier (USPS with Delivery Confirmation, UPS, FedEx). We strongly recommend you insure your package — we cannot issue a refund for packages we do not receive or that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refund or Exchange Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and any difference in price (if applicable) will be collected or credited at that time.

6. Sale / Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale, clearance, or using a coupon code are final sale but may be exchanged or credited at our discretion.

7. International Orders

For orders shipping outside the United States, you are responsible for all return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes. The risk of loss during original shipping also passes to you once the item is delivered to the carrier.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
