At Fragrance and Things LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, timely delivery of your fragrance oils, incense burners, fragrance pens, and oud products. This Shipping Policy outlines all shipping times, methods, and applicable procedures for domestic and international orders.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
3. U.S. Domestic Shipping
Standard Delivery (US): 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier transit times.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
4. International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing in your country. Typical delivery ranges from 7–21 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery if assessed by your country’s customs authority.
5. Tracking Information
All shipments—domestic and international—include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
6. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier. We strongly encourage purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for additional protection.
7. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, incorrect addresses, or peak seasonal volume. If your order is delayed, please reach out to the carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest assistance.
8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional re-shipping fees will apply. You will be contacted to confirm the correct address before re-shipment.
9. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected carrier service. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has shipped.
